For 30 years, my career in surgical consulting was defined by three things: preparation, precision, and absolute accountability. In that world, there is no margin for error and no substitute for personal oversight.
I founded Kuleana Grounds to bring that same level of white-glove care to the stewardship of exceptional landscapes. I believe that land ownership is a privilege, and caring for it is a responsibility. That is why I deliberately limit our client list, to ensure that I am personally involved in the trajectory of every property we manage.

Loosely translated as "responsibility as a privilege," Kuleana represents the reciprocal relationship between an owner and the land they oversee.
